オイル漏れで…パワステが効かなくて(o_ _)ﾉ彡☆。修理中です。

部品取りの車体から、外したものは…

ちょっと、形状が違っていて

使えない。・ﾟﾟ･(≧д≦)･ﾟﾟ･｡

両側のシリンダーのシールを交換したら

その部分からの漏れは、止まったのですが

このスプールバルブ　ハウジングの上部

この軸の付け根から漏れて(o_ _)ﾉ彡☆

この左側の、スプールバルブハウジングを交換して

漏れは止まったのですがＯｏ｡｡(￣￢￣*)

ジャダーが出て、ダメでした。

整備書のステアリングギアボックスの項を、見ました所

年式が違うと、交換は出来ないとの記述…(￣_￣ i)

仕方なく、スプールバルブリニューアルキットを…

オーダーしようと…、昨夜メールを書いてみた次第です。σ(^_^;)

I’m writing you about some trouble I’m having repairing my Bentley’s power assisted steering. I have two Bentleys and wanted to repair one by using parts from the older one. Currently oil is leaking from the top of the pinion and spool valve unit. I tried replacing the spool valve housing with the same part from my older Bentley, and the leaking stopped. But, now I’m experiencing extreme shaking (joggling?) in the steering, so I’m wondering what the problem is.

I have the workshop manual from October 1981, and noticed the anti-joggling valve for the first time. I suspect the “joggling” in the steering I’m experiencing now is related to this valve and am thinking of replacing it. How much does it cost?

I also noticed at the beginning of the workshop manual mention of a Spool Valve Renewal Kit. What is it exactly, and how much does it cost?

Here are the numbers for my two Bentleys:

SCBZPO3A2LCX31560- this is the one I want to repair and use.

SCBZSOTA8JCX22695- this is the older one I’m using for parts (although it’s in quite good condition).

Actually, I’m Japanese and it would be a great help if there were workshop manuals available in Japanese, or if you have a contact in Japan I could consult with in Japanese.
